Land grounds us. Land is the place we live and work on. It is our canvas, and it is affected by the verbs we implement upon it. The Land we observe, we analyze, we assess, we plan, we imagine, we create, we transform, we protect, we share. At m3 Land studio, our process is experimental and methodical; it is intuitive and rational; it is collaborative and open to implementing diverse skills and experiences. As a design studio, we seek to study and understand the project site within its physical and cultural context.

We apply a socially and environmentally sustainable approach that ultimately leads to the caring and fostering of outdoor environments that support and sustain the well-being of the humans that inhabit them.
about the founder
m3 Land Studio is a women and minority-owned Landscape Architecture firm founded in Boston in 2020. Mariana Mariscal, the founder, has more than 20 years of experience practicing Landscape Architecture in Mexico, the UK, and the USA.
